Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. Once your online order has been reviewed and processed, please allow 2-5 business days for your item to arrive. During peak seasons, like Holidays, orders may take longer to arrive. 


We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at  within 30 days of purchase.

If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on your original online invoice.

If your Fruitie Cutie product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please contact us with a picture of the damage. We will be happy to send a replacement once the item is returned to us. We are not responsible for return postage. We must be notified within 7 days if an item is defective and it must be unworn. Unwanted purchases are not returnable. 

If your Fruitie Cutie products were purchased from a third-party retailer, we respectfully request that they be returned to the point of sale.

We will not be responsible for orders lost by shipping carriers. We will do our best to assist and locate packages but once an item has been shipped and we verify we shipped it to the address provided, we can not be held liable. Any order that is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to improper address on your part or failure to claim will result in a charge of the shipping costs to get the package back to you. Refunds will not be issued due to shipments being returned due to address errors.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records.

We do not provide shipping return labels. Please email us the tracking number when you have returned your item.
